Founded 1910 in Shanghai, China by the students of a wushu teacher called Huo Yuan Jia.
Chin Woo brought many different styles of Chinese martial arts together with the aim of preserving and developing each individual style within one school. Many masters brought their skills and experience, leading to the forms and system that we still use to this day.
Chin Woo spread from China to Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong, and eventually throughout the World. There are now many Chin Woo organisations, each teaching the same system and principles.
